Grease your pan using butter, or a baking spray and preheat your oven to 350°F.

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsps salt
1 1/2 tsps baking powder
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup applesauce
3 large eggs
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups pumpkin purée
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground cloves
2 tsps vanilla extract

For glaze:
1 1/2 cups confectioner’s sugar
3-4 tbsps milk
2 tsps vanilla extract

Instructions:
Whisk the flour, salt, and baking powder together in a medium bowl until well-blended.
In a large bowl, beat the olive oil, applesauce, eggs, sugar, pumpkin, spices, and vanilla extract together.
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just smooth. Pipe or spoon the batter into the donut molds no more than 2/3 full.
Bake 15-18 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the middle of a donut comes out clean.
Remove from oven and turn the donuts out onto a cooling rack.

Whisk the confectioner’s sugar, milk and vanilla extract together until the glaze is smooth. Dip top half  of donut in the glaze and let dry on a cooling rack.
Repeat for all donuts.
Don’t stack the donuts until the glaze is completely dry.
