Did you know February is National Bird Feeding Month??? Well I have an awesome super duper easy craft you can do with your family to celebrate.. There are many kinds of Birds in our area depending on where you are living. We like to create these little bird feeders because we are using things we probably have at home and we can see some of the birds in our area up close.
What you need:
Peanut Butter
Pine Cone
String
Bird Seed (we scored some from Dollar Tree)
- Spread peanut butter all over the pine cone and don't forget the little crevices
- In a bowl pour birdseed and roll the pine cone all into the seat pressing to make sure it sticks into the peanut butter
- Tie a string to the top and make sure you its tight because sometimes squirrels will want to share with the birds
- Find a tree/or something where you can hang from
- Enjoy the View :)
