NYC SENIORS STAY FIT IN CITY PARKS!

Online registration is now open for CityParks Seniors Fitness spring program. Even in moderate amounts, exercise can help us feel better, maintain or lose weight, reduce risk of heart disease and diabetes, and minimize the symptoms of arthritis. No matter how old we are, our bodies always benefit from physical activity.

Register now for Tennis and Yoga programs in parks on Staten Island. All equipment and instruction is provided free of charge. Programs begin the week of April 27, 2015. Registration is available online or on-site the first day of programming.
