Mulberry Smoothie

Have you noticed the stained sidewalks in some neighborhoods, maybe a strong fermented smell? That's signs of it being mulberry season!


Ingredients:

1 cup of yogurt
1/3 cup crushed or juiced mulberries
1 tblsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. raw honey
1/2 tsp. organic vanilla


Directions:

Mix together and enjoy!

Tips:
You can add nuts or flax seeds if you eat with a spoon.
