About a year and a half ago, I was browsing through my FIOS OnDemand menu looking for something that I thought Teddy would want to watch.  I have an issue with animation for kids that young.  I prefer live action shows (with or without puppets is fine).  I really do not have a scientific reason for it, just kind of a feeling about a two year old watching something on TV that is more organic and realistic.  Not many kid’s TV set with Live Action characters can perform unnatural ...

I, like hundreds of other parents on Staten Island, just finished and submitted their children’s’ Pre-School applications (the NYC Department of Education deadline was April 8th at 11:59 pm and the private schools’ application process varies but has been pretty much since February.)

Daniel is a three year old boy from Oregon. He needs a kidney. Right now his mother gives him kidney dialysis every night from their home. Daniel's bones are getting so weak and brittle from the kidney disease that he will have to be moved into a nursing home.
